Training and technical support
We organise on-site training courses for packers to help companies that handle large volumes of shipments every day by exploiting the potential of our tools to the full. Our specialists explain how to operate converting machines and demonstrate effective packaging techniques. The goal is to optimise paper consumption and carefully protect the contents of each parcel. Each trainee receives a personal certificate to confirm the knowledge and skills acquired.
We make sure that the PAKsystems are periodically overhauled so that they work without interruption and in an efficient manner. If you need technical advice, we are at your service.

FAQ
How to select the right type of converter
Our ECO-packaging advisor selects the best solution, depending on:
· Number of parcels packed per day
· Size and weight of items to pack
· Degree of cushioning and type of packaging used
Can I test your solution?
Naturally! We always invite our customers to test our packaging systems so that we can tailor our range to their needs and define the cyclical nature of the paper supplies.
Do I have to pay for the tests?
The only cost borne by you is the paper required for the tests. The converters are made available at no charge.
Is it difficult to operate a converter?
The knowledge you need to be able to operate the converter is provided during the training courses, which constitute a natural element of our operations. What our converters require is only supervision and constant access to paper.
What are the operating modes of converters?
In the automatic mode – you need to provide supervision and pick up the produced filler.
In the manual mode – the operator cuts off the filler once it has reached the desired length, with a lever or footswitch.
Does the operation of your equipment require qualified personnel?
To prevent any potential damage to the paper or the machine, the converter should be operated by a qualified person. The operator's skills are confirmed by a certificate issued by TreECO .
How is the filler manufactured?
The converter processes organic paper and forms it into the right shape. The resulting filler provides effective and natural protection for the parcel’s contents against any damage.
How is the filler paper packaged?
It is packaged in rolls or in a folded form.
How many types of filler can be produced by a converter?
One unit can produce only one type of filler: either a ribbon or a liner.
What is the length of the filler manufactured?
Converters can be pre-programmed to automatically produce the desired filler length. Manually controlled converters, by contrast, allow paper to be cut off by the machine operator.
Are your fillers of one type or can they vary?
Naturally, fillers differ between one and another. Paper may be converted to form crumpled paper or a rigid liner, and a special honeycomb paper is designed for wrapping items.

Can converters work in a production line?
Naturally! We can supply converters suitable for use in small rooms, as well as machines to be integrated into a production line.
What is converter integration?
Integration involves the adaptation of a machine to suit individual storage needs (under-table operation, in-line operation, tape reproduction mode, etc.).
